At SMART STAFF, we offer a generous 3-month free trial period for all new users to fully evaluate our platform and its features before making a financial commitment.

1. No Refunds After Trial

Because we provide a 3-month trial period for you to experience our service risk-free, all subscription fees paid after the trial period has ended are strictly non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused services.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time to prevent future billing. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of previously paid subscription fees.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In the highly unlikely event that an erroneous duplicate charge is made due to a technical or administrative error on our end, we will review the case upon request. If an exceptional refund is approved for such an error, please note that the refund will be given to the payment-initiated media itself. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
